I'm Rebcca
I have always considered Northland my home, moving here at a very young age I left the area 2002 to attend University in Hamilton only to return to start my Accounting career in Kerikeri back in 2007.
I have previously worked alongside many business in the area as well as nationally and I am eager to grow my skills and enjoy a good challenge!
In 2014 I was offered the opportunity, through Sumpter Baughen, to move into a management role within their Kerikeri office. This shift offered me a fantastic chance to get alongside local business owners to help them grow their business and empower them to get more from their Business tools.
In October 2015 I took the plunge and became self-employed forming Freedom Accounting Ltd, a Chartered Accountancy firm.
The practice has continued to grow over the past 8 years and I now provide comprehensive accounting support to a large number of local businesses, small and large, along with several retired investors.
Now I use what I’ve learned to help people just like you find financial freedom. I’ll show you how to earn more, save more, and put your money to work for you with smart investments.

Why I Do It
My parents have been self employed since I was in my early teens. I watched them struggle to understand all of the financial information required for their end of year tax returns. And as a small business they also couldn't afford to get the expertise of a Chartered Accountant.
This has been a big driver in my self employed business.
Working alongside small business clients like you I have seen how much difference being able to support these businesses makes for them - this is where my business passion lies (well that, and football).
